Get 2GB or more of ram, it helps lots :) similair setup almost as you have stated, but using asrock board. Maybe using nvidia card with nvidia board might help, no lost love between them, maybe a conflict ?

no files attached, cant tell as telepathy not that great :) start, run this helps rundll32.exe advapi32.dll, ProcessIdleTasks shut down stuff other than firewall and virus killer, buy more ram, 1 GB min, 2 GB good :)
